- CHEMPOL 51810 is non non-ionic soluble emulsifier additive for all types of fibers & textile knitting applications.
- CHEMPOL 51810 is compatible with all types of paraffinic base oils having a viscosity of sn 70 to sn 150.
- CHEMPOL 51810 is a non-ionic antistatic emulsifier for making soluble oils for applications in fibre, textile machines and machine industries.
- CHEMPOL 51810 contains detergent, dispersant, antibacterial, and anti-corrosion characteristics CHEMPOL 51810 can be used in mineral base oils paraffinic type to meet requirements.
- Treat dosage in mineral base oil (viscosity @40c 32cst and 18 cst) is approx. 10 +/- 2 %. Which formulation gives emulsion in water @ 5 % (l:20).
- The milky emulsion produced is stable passes IP 263 with hard water and passes the iron chip test.

13.0-16.0% in SN 150 Group 1/11 Base Oil
Handling/ Precaution
When handling this product a MAXIMUM temperature of 60°C should be observed for storage, unloading and blending. However, it is strongly recommended that for long-term storage the temperature should not exceed 50°C. For detailed data, please refer to the relevant MSDS.
